Since new manger its become a bad unhappy place. To much work not enough staff to do the work but still moaned at if not completed. Moaned at for stupid things no name badge go meads even if ordered one, uniform takes forever to turn up moaned at because out of uniform, the store is waterline Farnham

Yet again, the Newbury Park branch is still using devious means to get rid of badly damaged cans by
carefully opening the six packs of napolina chopped tomatoes and placing seriously damaged cans in the centre.
It is not until you unpack them, maybe a week or so later that it comes to light. It is impossible to damage
the cans in the middle of the pack without the slightest of marks on the outside cans!!! Coupled with the now very long waits at the unmanned customer service desk, then being dealt with in a frosty manner
for asking for a refund on 86p worth of bananas that appeared twice on my bill. And now the nectar points are being slashed. People don't want to muck about with special promotions, we just want value, and that is why Aldi and Lidl will be getting a much bigger % of my grocery budget.!!!! BAH!!!!
My self and my nephew went to shop at my local Sainsburys in Elm Park Avenue, Hornchurs on Saturday 4th October about 18.30 and my nephew is very shy and has not a lot of confidence so I was trying to get his confidence better by him asking him to ask for things himself, there was an auburn/ ginger young girl working behind the counter with a dark haired girl and my nephew asked for nicotine chewing gum and pointed to a packet behind the counter unbeknowing that they were not what he thought, the ginger cashier took 1 step to get them and 1 step back to the counter and then he realised his mistake he said oh no they weren't what he wanted could he leave them, the cashier put her head right back and gave the deepest of exasperated sighs and put them back, the dark haired assistant told her to stop it and they both laughed. I have shopped at Elm Park Sainsburys since it opened I go in there EVERY day but I will not set foot in there now the girls behaviour was disgusting and my nephew was really quiet all night, his confidence has once again been pushed back because of this silly little girl thinking she is grown up enough to work with the general public what she showed was school ground behaviour .
I bught this duvet ready for our spare room a while ago at the price of 20 pounds now the room is ready I got it out of the bag today and my fingers went straight through it, I am unable to return this as I have to go into hospital
using sainsbury in bowthorp Norwich has become a complete nightmare, you have people hanging about in the car park to wash cars ,putting their trollis in the way of parking spaces and then there is the pricing of goods that are there just to confuse, ie make packaging on deals the same as non deal items and if you r in rush you don't spot it you get the product at higher price. will not be using them any time soon!!!!! aldi or lidle are my choice from now on.
I entered my local store in westhoughton and asked for assistance from two members of staff one who was called julie, and as i am hard of hearing i felt like i was being spoken to like a deaf freak, then after this women julie pointed me in the direction i had to go i turned around and as im deaf im incredibly good at lip reading as she said" daft cow". Since she had her own cloths on im asuming she must be a manager. And dont think this is acceptable from anyone especially a manager.
I will no longer be entering another sainsburys store again.
hi I went to sainsburys today n changed some pennys for a shopping voucher for the value of 3.60 doesn't seem a lot but isme and i got a few groceries to be told I had to basically get everything to the value which I was just under as very embarrassing as I have always had the cashie came to 2.90 something I then had my shopping on hold to get some more for 70 odd pence thisore I was mortified asvery embarrising indeed I really feel I don't want to go back to the store it clearly states on the machine change for cash or voucher not a happy customer mrs pope of 6 harry barber close Norwich nr5 9dy
I am getting very cross about the way your display your offers. Last time l went l ended up paying full price for a prawn curry and a chicken curry at Bogof. only to find out when l got home that the prawn one was to in the offer even though it was next to the offer. On 20 11 13 l bought 3 packets of meat which l thought were 3for £10 all displayed at the end of an aisle but was charged £12.50 as one probably wasn't in the offer. Your offers used to be better displayed but l seem to have noticed they are getting far less clear land easier to make mistakes. I am over 80 years old and do not want to have to try and check each time in store that you have charged me for what l thought l was buying
During shopping at sainsburys I was asked for my ID so I showed my Polish National Identification card, which I use to travel within EU but they refused to sell me alcohol anyway saying that sainsburys policy is not accepting this as a proof of age. I could show my passport - exscuse me for not carrying it everywhere with me, or a driving licence which I do not have. I do not understand why I can not use my ID card since I can travel within EU with it ( I can not do that with driving licence) I find sainsburys policy about not accepting non-british cards extremly offensive.
During recent shopping trips to Sainsbury's, I have found that on checking through my receipt after returning home, I have been charged twice for the same item, it is impossible to check receipt against goods bought whilst still in store when the items are so many sometimes running up a total of £150 or more. I don't know whether this is carelessness on the part of cashiers when using the scanner, or perhaps even the scanners themselves are faulty. The amounts charged are not large, but it does mount up over the shopping year. I do not complain at the store because by the time I get back home and discover the problem it's too late for me to prove anything. When conducting training sessions please make your cashiers aware of the problem and instruct them to check carefully when scanning multiple items.
Well lets look at the new store being built in Cornwall and let you know about the hiccups to the local environment , like killing bushes to make a road they have been there for years. Secondly about the road closures and what effect they are having on the local motorist in terms of using more fuel waiting in waiting in long lines if traffic caused by their road works.
Not to mention how much you could lode through a burning clutch.
This store is not needed in this area and is causing the utmost disruption to local transportation and motorist as is possible
Sunday 14th July 2013, late morning .the store not too busy and cool.
I was served by a male cashier who at the end of the transaction offered a Nexus card to me, as a new customer. He then caught the attention of a passing 'manager' in a white shirt who was wandering aimlessly by the end of the check out points.
The cashier had stood up and was asking for his colleages assistance to obtain a form for me as he had now a long row of ladies queuing to be served.
The cashier could see I had trouble with my mobility and was disabled and was trying to help me.
The colleague who had a white shirt on being asked to help, gave me the once over then turned his back on us and loudly said as sauntered away ' he had better things to do than run around for customers problems! . I and the queue of people stood in shock at the person's disrespect and abusive tone the cashier had blushed scarlet in embarrassment. I have travelled the world and never in the poorest places received such abusive behaviour and propose to take this to print with the 'gentleman's name.Obviously a person to look out for is this really your standard of training!
